Missing my pasttime
I have been playing for approx. 2 years. Was at level 502 yesterday. I upgraded to the new version today. Logged in and have had multiple anomalies; does not allow me to sign in as an existing user, cannot adjust the screen size which is too large, cutting off lower portion of screen. New software will not maintain a new password when set up. Bottom line, I believe all problems could be easily resolved if I could speak with tech support directly via phone. I have been playing via an Apple iPad for the past 2 years and am now wondering if iPads are no longer supported.

Downloaded and purchased coins to play in order to earn loyalty points. Having played on MyVegas Slots for years, I only stay at properties in Vegas that allow redemption from that app and frequently purchase from venders that utilize their rewards system (examples: used for a cruise & a sightseeing trip, both out of Orlando). I (incorrectly) assumed that this was going to be similar and was very excited to be able to play towards a “local” redemption venue. With the Hard Rock App you have to straight purchase loyalty points, which makes absolutely zero sense. It can be equated to say, spending $100 on a coupon for $100 off of a weekend reservation. The games are slow, the graphics blah and again, you can’t actually EARN loyalty points. I am deleting this app and will continue to play (and purchase) from the MyVEGAS apps. If you are considering downloading the Hard Rock Social App, don’t waste your time or money. Check out the MyVEGAS apps...you can thank me later. Yes, you’ll still (probably...everyone loses eventually in ANY slot game) need to purchase coins to play higher levels and actually accumulate decent rewards (loyalty) points, but the games and interactive, fast and enjoyable and you can earn awesome rewards. If you actually work for the web/app design or administrative team for the Hard Rock Social app, please consider changing your loyalty structure and the interactive designs. This app feels ridiculously outdated and does not reward, or entice, any loyalty.

Casino odds on a free game…

This is supposed to be fun but they cheat you out of everything. Blackjack is so rigged that you have to play at 3am just to have decent odds. If you play 3 hands, you can already tell what the house will have just by what cards they give you… also look at your cards they tend to give you just enough to lose by 1 majority of the time but once your balance goes up enough, the house will get 20 or 21 every time. Never seen the house get so many 7 cars 21s off busy cards… please fix this asap, this is not the actual hard rock casino, there’s no need to cheat your players like this especially when we’re mostly playing for fun… this is starting to get blatant and I liked playing the game. If we ain’t winning real money but your asking us for real money to get coins, u need to focus more on the players and not the casino. Then you send a review and too may get a generic response telling you to email someone that ain’t gonna ever respond to you… it’s all a game to them, but they want our money. I see why they had to suspend sports better, this is crook activity. If you’re going to respond to me give me a real response for all to see, not some generic computer generated one just to look like you care. And don’t ask me to email anyone so it’s hidden, I wrote a review on the app, respond to me on here also.

No different from other casino slot games. If you bet larger and happen to hit something nice, it takes it straight back with a few hits along the way that don’t even match your wager. Purchasing the $99 packet will buy you about 3 days of play time before it takes it back no matter what you play, when you play, what you wager, or how long you play. I would rather pay a reasonable monthly fee and get to play when and how long I want. The good side of being so expensive is coming to your senses, deleting the game, and getting something productive done. I play to have mindless, stress free fun, not to get more stressed out. I can go to a real casino for stress. I have tried several of these, spending way too much. For me, the games pay worse on higher wagers. Even though hits are better on very low wagers, that ‘chip’ is programmed to take it all back. Yes, points are points and you can play disciplined on the daily free points but not much excitement. It is still fun to watch the few huge hits tick off the numbers. It costs money to pay programmers, designers, etc. I know that but you don’t have to make it up all on me. (Spare me the argument of not just being me and allow me to be dramatic.) Be adventurous and offer a reasonable monthly fee. (Don’t forget who your customers are and who they can be if you become a leader and not a follower. ) I am 64 yo female working outside the home.
