I was running late because I got held up behind some cars on the bridge. Got there about 10 minutes before my train left. Didn’t have time to mess with the kiosk in the parking lot. I had set up the app for use in the past. Paid for my parking on the train. Easy Peasey!

Downloaded the app two months ago to park while I was on business trip. It asked me to post the payment for the second month, which I did, but never approved any automatic payments. So imagine my surprise a month later when they charged my card $300 for a monthly parking. I sent a message on the 29th of March to cancel my payment and refund my money only to get a response two weeks later, that I should have sent them an email requesting cancellation. App itself does not allow you to delete card information or cancel subscription, you have to do it through email. Do not even try to reach their service support, spent hours to no success.
Very easy, even for a tourist

Visiting for the weekend and found it very easy to download app, add car and credit card to profile and use to find, prepay and extend parking. Rates reasonable and much easier than navigating street parking. Recommend.
Another Login Forced App
COMBAT-HAPKIDO
The charge station companies are racing to dominate the EV market or get their piece of the money-making pie. With so many of them, forcing account creation they are creating further vulnerabilities in the cybersecurity realm. I welcome the interest in logged users but every one of these apps should make that an option and offer pay by card or e-wallet. If you really care about your customers, then stop forcing to collect information you do not need to be in business.
