GETTING STARTED
To use the CBI Bank & Trust App, you must be enrolled as an CBI Bank & Trust Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials. After you successfully login to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.
Love the app for online banking. Easy and has all the options I need. If which is seldom I go into bank, I find my branch has exceptionally helpful and friendly employees.

Mobile deposit is missing the words that need to be written to process the mobile deposit

When I called in to report it, it didn’t seem like the person that answered really cared or would report. In the past, the system has been very picky as to exactly what words are written and without the app to display the words, I think deposits will be rejected.
