For an app based on a service that’s only digital, you guys really should put in more effort to make sure this works flawlessly. Having to repetitively fill in the same data and repeat steps because the app has no context awareness apparently. At this stage I can’t even log in. Considering cancelling my policy because I can’t even access it.

I shouldn’t have to sign up for a quote. Even though I relented it wouldn’t accept my very valid phone number which I’m sick of everyone acting like they have a right to anyway.
