I called the Hutch 24-hour hotline twice in an attempt to resolve an urgent matter. However, on both occasions, I was repeatedly directed through the same automated message without being connected to a representative. Eventually, I received another automated message advising me to contact Hutch via WhatsApp.If I am calling the 24-hour hotline, it is because I need to resolve an issue as soon as possible and require assistance from a representative. Having to switch to WhatsApp defeats the purpose of having a 24-hour hotline in the first place. I would appreciate it if this issue could be addressed and proper assistance provided.
