Doesn’t work with iOS 12

Worked fine with iOS 11, but the app keeps crashing (seconds after I run it) after I updated the system.

Global-view Transfers

While the app itself works just fine, I quickly realized that Global view transfers are not directly supported on the app and that I would have to use the online portal instead.

At present, the Global view feature on the app only allows me to view all my accounts in other regions and not facilitate on-the-go transfers. For Premier & Advance customers, this seems like an implementation that should be prioritized. Kindly escalate to the mobile app vendor and work with them on this. A few other HSBC regional apps have already added support for this a few months back. I sincerely hope HSBC Canada can follow the same standard.

Very basic function with some confusion thrown in

For the most basic functions it's fine but trying to decipher monthly billing details and statements could be simpler and clearer. Also the need for multiple passwords to do business with hsbc is really annoying. In addition why doesn't invest direct work with this app. And please bring back the global app.
