Understand every exercise from the inside out
Strength Training by Muscle & Motion is powered by a team of physiotherapists, movement experts, and professional animators. We turn your device into a visual strength-training lab and show you exactly which muscle structures are working, so you can understand the anatomy and biomechanics of the exercise, and train smarter while reducing injury risk.
Made for personal trainers, strength coaches, therapists, students, and dedicated lifters, this app connects what you feel in the gym with what’s really happening in the body.

I’ve been looking at M&M for years. I’m 76 now, have worked out regularly for a little more than 20 years, and wouldn’t be in such good shape now without an understanding of anatomy. If you’re young, please hear me. If you want to have a healthy strong body by the time you hit this age, and be able to maintain functional strength that departs as you age, be sure to incorporate anatomy. Without it, you will make incorrect choices about what your body needs, and likely hurt yourself. It’s that simple. M&M provides all you need to know to prevent the nasty cycle of “minor injury isn’t handled correctly, so re-injury keeps you down longer, and those re-injuries morph into bigger injuries because you’re spending more time recovering than you are working out, and the amount and rate of muscle mass loss increase because aging causes one to lose muscle mass fast”. If you’re a senior and just beginning body care, good for you! But you need to understand anatomy so you understand the goals—from a mechanical, structural POV. Does this sound like a lot of work? Sure it does, because it is a lot of work. M&M makes it all almost easy. Look up a muscle. Look up an exercise. Look up just about anything associated with this sort of body care, and M&M will help you. I’m a former 350 lb morbidly obese person, who didn’t do a bit of regular exercise until I was 52. I know what it feels like to have a dangerously dysfunctional body. I can report that struggling with an unhealthy body is THE REAL hard work. I was young when overweight and out of shape with no understanding of what happens to an aging body. If I hadn’t entered this world of health, I’d be in very sad shape, emotionally as well as physically. And I could not have accomplished what I have without M&M.

30 plus years ago I was a very serious gym rat 178.5 lbs, 8.5 % body fat, 320 bench for 2, 465 deadlift for multiple reps, I only had a 315 squat for reps. I’m tall 6’2”. I ended up with a very rare disease which eats at my body. I gave up on life in general. God touched me. It took a good year to relearn how to walk. I’m still struggling. My wife showed me your app. We started back to the gym. With the reassurance of your app 2.5 years later. I maxed out at 245 lbs on the bench, I benched 225 for a “total “ of 14 reps, my vertebrae is fused in 5 places in my lower back and 3 in my neck so I’m very cautious of deadlifts but I do 155, squat 95 lbs. I mainly use machines for my legs. Anyway, your app has changed my life. My wife and I enjoy going to the gym regularly. My body fat is way down and my muscle mass is way up for my age and physical abilities. When I started working out again I was barely lifting any weight whatsoever. We / I have come a very long way and your app inspires me daily. I thank you and God for blessing me. And I’m constantly baffling my many specialists doctors all the time. Sincerely David g.

I’ve only just begun exploring the depth of opportunity this app has to offer; I could not be more excited. I love fitness, and I love to teach, so it’s no surprise that after my Army days were complete, I found my passion and life’s specialty as a personal trainer. I’ll admit I’ve never been as excited as I am for what this particular app has to offer. It addresses so many different concerns that anybody might seek out personal trainer to help address. I feel very prepared to help clients through anything, now knowing that I have this as such a good resource. Not to mention the personal discoveries I have made simply by observing the 3-D anatomy at work. This is just a fantastic app and I look forward to being a lifelong customer. If that was an option, I would’ve selected it in a heartbeat. Thank you guys for the hard work. I promise you have already made major impacts on many people.

One of the best Anatomy apps for strength
Open Minded and Looker of New Creativity
I have found nothing like this app that takes an exercise and shows the muscles at the upper and deeper levels of my body. It is very educational and has shined some unobvious weaknesses that I have to compensate for through injuries I have. Without this app I would not have understood muscles and areas of my body that were affected by exercises I was doing. If you are a diehard exercise person that wants to improve your health. This is a must have application it doesn’t require a medical degree. It talks and exercise language and shows live working example and animated example of the muscles being used and how to do the exercise in the gym. Try this you’ll love it.
