The app is very user friendly. I have had a good experience with Stockspot so far and a pretty good return on investment. I have been using stock spot for about 5 years now. It’s basically a set and forget system you don’t have to do anything once your account is set up.

Hidden exit fees

They claim to charge no hidden fees but if you try to transfer your stocks out they will charge upwards of $150 for the privilege even though their marketing material repeatedly advertises no fees (other than their monthly fee). How can false advertising like this even be allowed?

We're sorry if anything was unclear. HIN transfers do incur a separate administration fee to our normal Stockspot fees. You can refer to the fees section in our FSG here.
