Classes ranging from 20- to 60-minutes, you’ll find bonus resources focused on yoga philosophy and meditation. I'm your instructor, Erin Motz, and I teach in a fun, accessible way that won't make you feel like everything you do is “wrong.” I’ve been teaching for 12+ years, but you won’t hear much Sanskrit and I really don’t care whether you know your asana from your elbow. We’re going to make yoga an enjoyable part of your life, not another chore you’re obligated to fulfill. You get to do yoga on your time, at your pace, and without an audience of strangers awkwardly looking at you in Happy Baby (if you’ve never done yoga before, you’ll soon learn why this is hilarious ;))

I just discovered Erin’s classes several weeks ago. This is the first platform where I took the leap to become a paid subscriber as her communication style is so crystal-clear. App works great for playing the classes streaming, has a download option and some other nice features. I’ve been doing yoga for several years regularly so can’t comment on classes for complete beginners. Really has been helping me improve and get increased satisfaction out of my practice. Love yoga? Don’t love feeling like an outsider? This is your app. Erin is hands down one of the BEST yoga instructors in the online world. Her teaching style is fresh. Her personality is warm. She makes you feel like you have a yoga home with the Bad Yoga studio. The app makes it easy to find the best class for you - whether you need certain levels, certain styles, or a class that fits your schedule. Bonus: use the calendar and journal feature to track your progress. You don’t want to miss this!

I’ve been doing yoga for over ten years and “with” Erin for three of those. I am a huge fan of her teaching style and yoga philosophy, which isn’t stuffy or intense. She makes you feel at ease in your practice, regardless of where you are in your yoga “journey.” There is a great diversity of flows (time, intensity, part of body worked) of flows in the studio and the interface is easy to use. This is a great way to join the Bad Yogi family!

This app really does have a great selection of classes. It has short classes if you don't have a lot of time and several longer classes too. My main issue though is Erin just talks way too much. I've had this app for about a year, and I'm deleting it now because I just can't handle how she over explains her reasoning behind everything. She is also really bad about going off on tangents that have nothing to do with the poses and then she misses cues telling a pointless story. So if you like listening to people talk who just like the sound of their own voice mixed with admittedly good yoga this may be the app for you.
