Aurea's
So far good Eld Mandate has been so helpful and important in implementing the success of Aurea Trucking & Transportation LLC. The Staff is always on point and very professional. My only dislike is the phone calls tends to break up during calls but if one is disconnected, staff will promptly call you back! I have spoken to quite a few reps but forgotten most of the names I wish I didn’t they are all awesome! My initial sales rep worked with me and even beat out KeepTruckin’s initial quote! Many thanks to Him and to Travis for guiding me through the desktop site and the app! I would recommend this service to anyone wanting to be compliant for Dot ,IFTA and employers who desire to track drivers. keep up the good work guys cause Eld Mandate Rocks!

I almost gave a 5 star review because when having minor issues in the beginning they “did” answer quickly and resolved problems quickly. Then they pimp u for review. I almost did . ELD MAndate Plus had issues then canceled by FMCSA ! They then said Could use HOS touting as better upgrade at no additional charge and will work fine . I got a load to n Colorado from phx az 1000 miles away got stuck for 3days while they rarely answered then said fixed . Went back and forth them and hwy ( ELD mandate blamed highways… got both parties on 3 way . By where clearly ELD Mandate knew there was issues. They agreed to call when fixed and we gave up freight and came home empty! This application is NOT working and will be just a matter of time HOS will get canceled by FMCSA !

Great experience with the Eld Man Date Justin from customer service answer all my questions and help me with the concern that I had about my logbook those people are very nice and very helpful no issue at all with the logbook and if there is one they will take care of it right away it’s been a great experience thanks a lot Eld Man Date company
