I love the layout and content available but some things missing that would greatly improve the app and business models itself are as follows(in my opinion): 1) community forum to help discuss and progress each other’s fitness.2) more detail for people to correctly calculate what they need for their body sizes. Only thing available is the calorie calculator but there are no percentages for weight used or a standard for people to go off of other than basic sets and reps.3) A bit like the first suggestion, but more ways to involve the community, I.e., competitions for an extra month free, or additional content/programming for winners. Somethings need adjusting.. The lying cable flys the picture shows one thing and the video shows another?Rest times I think would be beneficial.I’m currently doing the pump watch routine, but it says arm annihilation in progress?When I click complete workout nothing gets checked off.Whatever happened to the 15 day Plateau workout?? Overall I like it! I enjoy the video segments with each exercise. I think the app could use more features. Hopefully Calum has a healthy recovery!!

Totally the best money I ever spent. Super awesome and I definitely recommend this to anyone. I feel anyone who has a passion for weights needs to at least give this a try.

No updates for almost a year seems not since he got hurt. Did he give up on the app?
