My son loves these track games, but can’t play the monster truck version. It constantly has the trucks floating in the air instead of driving. Tried closing the app and even restarting the tablet with the same thing happening (on all tracks in the app)iPad Pro 12.9 4th gen, latest iOS version

The only problem I’ve had with this game is that there is a sound problem, when my son goes to play it, the sounds gets very loud, other than that, no problems.

I purchased 3 of these - train one, monster trucks one and the car one. The monster truck one won’t load. It’s frozen. Black screen. The music plays but no picture. My son is autistic and when he sees this he absolutely loses his mind so it’s extremely painful to watch him go through something so “annoying” for us but it’s detrimental to him. Please refund me and fix this app. The other two I purchases are good. Little laggy and not exactly worth $3.99 per app.
