UNIQUE WORKOUT SYSTEM
Based on your previous fitness experience, current activity level, mobility and preferences the Trion’s smart workout generator creates a workout programme designed for you. Each exercise has an instruction video and a description that tell you exactly how to do it, number of reps to complete and what to focus on. Gone are the days of not knowing what to do in the gym!
WORK OUT ANYWHERE, ANYTIME
Every session in your customised workout programme can be completed with full gym equipment, with bodyweight only or with the equipment of your choice. And as there’s no actual trainer to wait for, this means you can work out wherever you are and whenever you want!
The average workout takes 30-45 min to complete.
Trion also has a variety of extra sessions that can be added to your programme. You can choose from sessions focused on strength, cardio, mobility or sessions that help you get better at a specific sport. You can for example work out to increase your explosivity in the golf swing, strengthen your body ahead of an obstacle course race or make sure you have enough power in your legs to ski for a whole week when you’re on vacation.
Trion also includes Trion Golf – a section developed by trainers to DP World Tour players. It features golf-specific tests, personalised programs and smart tips to help you improve mobility, strength and swing performance.
Your journey will start with a number of questions about yourself in order for Trion to get to know you. This is how it works:
1. Answer questions about yourself and your profile
2. Complete a number of mobility tests
3. Set your fitness preferences
4. Done! Trion will autonomously create a fully personalised programme for you
GAMIFICATION AND INTEGRATION TO APPLE HEALTH
Trion has a unique gamification system that rewards you for all completed workouts along with any other training or sports activities you log. The app also integrates to Apple Health in order to facilitate onboarding and track steps.
DETAILS
Downloading Trion is free. To access your personal training plan and other features in the app you need a subscription. Prices are available on the app’s page on the App Store under “In-App Purchases”. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of the period, for the same price. You can turn off the auto-renewal at any time up until 24-hours before the end of the subscription period in your Account Settings. When you cancel the auto-renewal, access to the app will not expire immediately, you will have access until the end of the current payment period.
