App does not reroute back to original process in the browser. Then when you go back manually, the page has then refreshed and the session is gone. The "button" in the app that is supposed to take you back to the browser is not in fact a link, but just text. Contacting customer service resulted in zero response. This app is supposed to handling sensitive data. Will definitely be reporting this .
Faulty app with spam on the front page

Immediately one is inundated with news and spam posts they didn't ask for when logging into the app. Not to mention for the two services I've tried using it for verification the process failed on the app but issued a false "successfully verified" notice to the company, trapping me in a loop where I couldn't continue with the company not promp another verification request through the nect app.

I just uploaded a passport photo to this shady company and it did not bring me anywhere but they have a copy of my passport now. Would not recommend. They don’t know the difference between proof of id (which was required) and proof of residence (which was not required) Unreliable people like these shouldn’t be allowed to receive personal id documents.

Hello nbxtn, We apologize for the delay in responding to your review. Identification via our app is only possible with genuine and valid documents. Copies are not accepted by us in any way.
This release makes a real difference to document scanning, reading your document is now notably faster and more accurate, cutting down time spent on capture. The chip-reading flow now features new screens for clearer guidance at each step, plus dedicated hints to help you troubleshoot if the reading isn't going through. Onboarding has also been smoothed out, and minor bugs resolved.
