Holy cow! Where do I start. I guess this app has been out at least a year now so there’s no real excuse for this app. I can’t scroll down to see all the firing segments if you have more than 6. Some screens the back button doesn’t work so you get stuck and have to kill the app and start over. Graph doesn’t update properly, sometimes it’ll show the green dot where are are in the firing process, sometimes it doesn’t. The tool bar at the bottom covers up some information and won’t scroll properly to see what’s behind it. Tool bar also just downy work on some screens. I could keep going. Hire a developer off fiverr and get these bugs fixed.

Until recently, this app was fine. It gave me temperature in all firing zones, duration of firing, etc. in an easily readable table. Now, the zones are displayed vertical and the rest of the information (what I can see) is horizontal. I said “what I can see” because the bottom lines are cut off and I can’t scroll down. When I hit the settings button, it goes to a screen that asks me to claim or unclaim my kiln and the back button doesn’t work, so if I want to check temp, I have to close it and go back in. This latest change is very frustrating. Maybe they are trying to make me get a premium subscription? Not gonna work. Just go back to the way it was!

Not much more to say than the other reviews. Layout issues galore - I'd love to split-screen the app on ipad, but full screen doesn't even layout correctly and you can't get to buttons/options sometimes. Loses connection / sometimes shows idle during a firing on my iPad, but works fine on my iPhone. Graph sometimes shows current temp dot, sometimes not. Firing time formatting is buggy. Haven't used other features yet.Happy to pay for a fixed app, or happy to contribute as a software developer if they open sourced or whatnot.

I’m 3 days into working with my new controller and the app and I’m majorly disappointed.I was excited to get the Bartlett controller with WIFI because of the ability to have an app to run my kiln. What I have found it to be is a glorified babysitter where all I can do is check status of my program and run a diagnostic. This app should be far more robust. From the web write up I was lead to believe I would be able to do all the following but I cannot:- Add, edit, firing schedules- Skip a segment of an active firing- Start & Stop my kilnAlso I should be able to:- View my completed firings (they should auto add the firings I’ve done) - Power on & off my kiln- See projected time remaining of current firingI’m at a loss as to what makes this an app with paying for when you can do nearly nothing special on it. This should be sooooo much more.
