I often times have to submit my expenses for work. It would be nice if the app would not shut down after every few minutes of being active. It closes when I’m currently active in the app, not during inactivity.
Non-intuitive and locks me out randomly

Of the hundreds of apps I use, this is the worst. It locks my account every 1-2 months for no reason. I have become so careful to enter my ID and Password just right because of the issues. It does not matter. In addition it is a super unintuitive UI and took me a long time to figure out the secret navigation paths to get to the functions you need to use all the time. I have worked in tech for 35 years and can’t imagine how people with less tech experience can use it at all!

I only have this app because work requires it, otherwise, I would not bother. Have not been able to log into app in days; get a prompt to ‘try again later’. How much later do I need to wait? Still haven’t had help from customer service. Cannot log into another device because it asks me to use app to authenticate. I will take down the review after I am helped.

The app does not work. I literally login from the computer with my correct password and switch over to the app to get dual authentication passcode. The app tells me I need to change my password that I just used correctly to login. I try to change the password and it tells me my password is wrong and locks me out. I literally just used the password to login on the computer.
• You can now upload files, not just images, to the Receipts directly from the mobile app.
