It’s become a valuable part of my fitness experience. Not everyone will use a form of training this in-depth everyday but I enjoy needing out on the data and using it to target opportunities for progress and get data on what’s working with the changes I make from week to week.

Unsure at the overall accuracy of the numbers but the app is easy to use, it connects every time without issue and provides me with interesting data to work towards improving like muscle mass etc. I have been using this app for several years and I think it’s great overall.

This product works as advertised. Shouldn’t ask for anything more. Shouldn’t expect anything less. Wish there were more explanations as to what the results mean in relation to your health.

This scale is interesting. I wanted to see how repeatable the results are to see if they are actually accurate. So far meh. Things that shouldn’t be changing daily are changing significantly like bone? Then today after weighing in for a week. All of my numbers are standard and now my body type is strong not chubby? I was hopefull but i don’t think these metrics are anything to attempt living your life and tailoring your workout to
