I tired emailing support directly and they don’t seem to think there is a problem. They asked me for my login information so they can replicate the problem. I truly enjoy this app! I have definitely gotten a lot of new knowledge about the phones and about the behind the scenes work definitely 10/10 I’m saving my points for headphones now!!! The only downfall is after saving a certain amount , if you don’t spend some they’ll take some away smh but overall great app. Thank you Samsung elite
