This is a great app. Very simple and easy to use. Very affordable! I would of gave the app 5 stars except there is a issue with something that I am sure can be fixed with a call into support that I haven’t done yet. Overall I would highly recommend.

I never write reviews, but this app has been a life saver for me! After four years of running various STR rentals I was tired of trying to juggle AirBnB, VRBO and direct bookings. I was actually using a paper calendar with colored markers! This app allows me to see all my reservations in ONE place - in the PRO version, which is well worth it. Mobile-calendar also lets me invoice direct booking guests easily with the invoice tied to the booking.After several double bookings which I had to make right, I decided to find a better way to manage my properties. I didn’t need the expensive and cumbersome options out there, I wanted something simple and elegant. And since I am very visual I wanted something that let me see different properties in different colors just like I had them in my paper calendar. :) I was thrilled when I found Mobile-calendar, and even more thrilled when I realized it could synch with other platforms. Now my reservations are in one colorful place and I am a happy host!

Decent app but needs changes

If you make a reservation for 1 day and if the guest wants to add another day, the app doesn’t automatically change the total stay cost when you change the check out date. You have to go back and delete the daily rate and add it back before the total cost is calculated for 2 days.
