The PVLS Mobile application offers accountability by providing date and time-stamped, GPS verified, and photographic evidence of every serve, non-serve and attempt made by your servers. The PVLS Mobile app allows your staff to spend less time on data entry, and more time running your business. The PVLS Mobile app will route your daily run for you, locate the closest paper to your location (using GPS technology), keep a log of all service history for each server, and create a level of accountability for you and your clients. ProVest LLC - a leader in the process server industry developed the PVLS Mobile application.

Needs some tweaks.

Sure makes my serving a lot easier but what’s with the ‘Routing mode’ going off and on? Today Dec 11, the Routing mode that shows you the nearest jobs in your list to your current location just refuses to populate. Secondly, your ability to Audit jobs and e-sign (where available) is not clearcut. Still simpler to do on a desktop despite what was promised. Pls look into this as Servers are able to serve more jobs within a few hours other that relying on external Routing apps.

App really needs some updates. Constantly logged out. I have deleted and reinstalled several times. Deletes my login information as I’m typing. And when I can get the login complete I get an error message about the device “not belonging to me”. This is causing unnecessary additional time when I’m attempting service. For something that is required, it’s not very user friendly.
