I love proof and their process! Pay could be a little faster and also affidavits could be generated faster but I’m not complaining at all! Proof definitely pays more per serve than other top companies and also less attempts! Overall I give proof 5 stars! Very professional company to contract with

This foul company deactivated my account as a process server. I am a registered process server and I have upheld the values of process serving in different state and served over 5000 documents, this company and one of its worker named Phil deactivated my account abruptly saying I need card that is not required to serve in Illinois by law. I have process served in 8 different state. Not only was i not paid for my services which was a ridiculous far drive, the pay assigned to process servers on this platform is an insult. Don’t waste your time signing up or doing good for this company. At this point, they don’t deserve any star if they choose to treat good process server however they feel.

I’m new an my experience isn’t great, soon to leave. Proof has a habit of changing instructions so beware of that, which costs more fees on you. And they won’t tell you tell the end. When trying to serve a summons they then want you to mail documents “ stamps aren’t cheap “ and then mail an affidavit “ more stamps and more envelopes. They make it real difficult because the pay ain’t worth it the amount of stamps and envelopes you spend. I recommend everyone go to “Serve Manger”
