Issue with App Accuracy in Detecting Phone Usage

I would like to report some issues I have experienced with the insurance app regarding phone usage detection.Since my phone is connected to my car, I often need to use it for navigation. At times, I hand my phone to my spouse or passenger so they can select the route. However, the app does not recognize that someone else is using the phone and incorrectly reduces my driving score.Additionally, there have been cases where I briefly stopped in a safe place and sent a short voice message or text, but the app still deducted points from my score. This shows that the app’s accuracy in detecting driver phone usage is not reliable.Previously, it was possible to correct such mistakes in the app by changing “phone use by driver” to “phone use by passenger.” Unfortunately, this option is no longer available, and as a result, my score has been negatively affected.

Often hard to navigate through the app without an assistance of an insurance representative . Also there are errors and technical issues (when click on billing for example it says that something went wrong and come back later , but no other details or an option to contact the appropriate department by the phone or email).

I am very confident about the truth that I had never used my cell phone during my car trips, needless to say about picking up a call but this program still recorded that I used my phone. This type of problem already happened last week, however, I didn’t except to see this error again today. Another issue is that the driving record went inaccurate after a short period of parking. Please try to fix the bugs.
