Your visitor log is now online. • Online dashboard: Create a free account right on the iPad, then open frontdeskgenie.com from any computer or phone to see who's on site, search past visitors and export a CSV. • Sign visitors out remotely: Forgot to sign out? Do it from the dashboard. • Visitor invites with QR check-in: Send invites before guests arrive. They scan the QR code from their email at the iPad and they're signed in, with no typing. • Private by design: Visitor photos and signatures stay on the iPad. • Host notifications now have their own screen in Settings. • You can delete your online account at any time in Settings. • Bug fixes and improvements.

Fixes a bug when exporting Visitor Logs Export log now runs faster and in the background, showing a progress indicator. Minor UI improvements.

More ways to export your visitor log: • Save to Files – Save the visitor report straight to iCloud Drive, your iPad, or any connected storage. • Share – Send the report with AirDrop, Messages, Teams, Slack, Google Drive, Dropbox, and more, or print it. • Email Report now explains both attachments: a spreadsheet-friendly CSV and a printable PDF. • Report files are now named with the date (for example "Visitor Log 2026-10-13"), so saving again on another day won't overwrite earlier reports.

NEW: Host notifications Let your team know the moment a visitor arrives. VisitorLog can now post a message to Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat or Discord when someone signs in. • Send every visitor to one office channel, or route each visitor straight to the person they came to see • Get alerts when visitors sign out, too (optional) • Tap Send Test Message to check it's working before your first visitor arrives • Photos and signatures never leave the iPad To set it up, go to Settings › Host notifications and paste a webhook URL from your chat app. Step-by-step guides for each service are on our support page. • Bug fixes and performance improvements
