When receiving the call, staff is informed of not only the room number, but also the resident’s name, their photograph, as well as details about their needs. This way, even if the staff member or the resident are new and have never met, the caregiver is armed with a wealth of information that pager-based systems do not give.

Integrated with your RCare nurse call system, RCare Mobile lets your caregivers claim a call, ensuring accountability. It lets all caregivers to see which calls have been claimed and by whom. It verifies all calls get answered and eliminates duplication of efforts. The alarm stops once it’s claimed, reducing alarm fatigue.
