Smashy Road 2 pretty much has everything I wanted (get it? wanted? lol) The ability to upgrade cars, jump out and steal police cars, fly planes, drive boats, swim and run, and much more makes this game truly have the whole package. I’ve been playing this game for about 4 months, and I’m satisfied with the game mechanics. I’m ranked in the top 1% globally so you could say I’m pretty good. The only two drawbacks of this game are that you can be arrested way too quickly which makes it hard to play stronger/slower vehicles, and once you reach the aliens, the game gets a little too unfair. When I’m using my tank destroyer or missile launcher, if I try to ram/smash the police cars that are chasing me, I get arrested almost right away because once you ram a police car, you slow down enough for the policemen to hop out of their cars and arrest you within just a quick second. The second drawback which is the alien level is also quite major to me. First of all, once your vehicle is destroyed in the alien level, you’re toast. Your only real hope is helicopters which die within seconds because the aliens are way too overpowered. Also, adding in more regular cars will definitely be useful so that there’s a greater chance of survival during the alien level. Developers, I hope you read this review and consider making these few tweaks I have mentioned. This game truly is fantastic, but making these changes will definitely improve the gameplay and make it more fun. Thank you.

This game blew me away, I remember the first smashy road and how that game was one of the only games I found addicting on mobile. This game is amazing, from the map that you are able to explore, to the objectives, challenges, drivers, and vehicles. While I was playing this game, I thought of an idea, what if you gave the character weapons? What if you added a story? What if you added a store where you can buy weapons? What if you started with no stars but had the choice to do crime? Well, that’s what GTA is, and this game reminded me of the old GTA’s, especially when the camera moved from top to bottom view when your in the city. I have a feeling that the people behind Smashy Road could possibly execute a GTA type game, if they tried that is. Think about it, the police system is there, the free roam aspect is there, with a little bit of tuning and adding it could be a mobile game staple if you ask me. Years ago Smashy Road was a simple game of driving away from cops in a car, now look at it, why stop now, why not take it to another level. The game is an amazing game and experience, and in the mean time of waiting for their next game, hopefully a GTA type game, I’ll just sit here patiently and play Smashy Road 2 and 1.

It’s all good but the vehicle durability is to flimsy forcing me to steal the cops vehicles to keep going eventually the military vehicles that are half indestructible which are the big wheels hummer in dark earth paint job that are stealable only through road blocks along with swat vans in blue light but I can’t steal the police suv, the occupied blue lights van, along with all military vehicles including the tank. To be lasting in the game I have to roll for a tank destroyer to actually last to almost reach the alien invasion wanted level 10 and get the secret character their. To do the tank destroyer survival I have to circle around the one area within the city area avoiding mines, bomber planes that carpet bomb in script path towards self, missile planes that try to hit the vehicle or person that’s running always hits, also land mines all over the land marked by Breton green exterior with blinking red circle in the middle, also explosives that harm the vehicle including vehicles explode when destroyed near the vehicle. And pickup upgrades that are vehicle durability to survive bit longer to survive inside the tank destroyer. I would also like to add restore purchase option in the option screen because anyone does not have time to grind for coins for machine prize rolls and would not waste money buying the same packs of any of them again. Okay, first off I wanna say that I loved smashy road 1 in my childhood, the thrill of being chased, and trying to outrun the cops was so much fun!! Then as the years go by, I got bored of it because there was nothing new. Then along came this game, and boy oh boy did I fall in love with it, even as a teenager, this game became something of an obsession almost. The fast paced action from driving away from the cops to jumping from car to car, to flying all the way around the world for a mission, this game does not disappoint on fun. I even finished every challenge, including the tank one. The only challenge I couldn’t figure out was the alien hunter one, because I could never figure out what you had to do. But man this game has such a fun assortment of cars, from the special cars you can unlock early game to have an awesome advantage compared to the pickup truck, all the way to the legendaries that you get later and take time upgrading into the beastly vehicles they can be, getting you into the 3000s in points before dying even. I love every single car they have and hope to see even more soon. My only one complaint is that they don’t have this amazing variety for the air vehicles, or the boats. I mean it would be amazing if we could have a speedboat we could steal, or a row boat that we could risk getting into in hopes for a quick cross over a wide river, or something else. Or if you could add more hair planes you could steal, heck throw a commercial plane, or a flying saucer after airline invasion in there if you want to. Some more variety, and making those more viable for survival would do wonders in this game. I love what you guys have made but please, don’t stop here!!
