I love this app for sports betting because like with any betting app, you actually can win more than you put in with a little luck and some well placed bets. I even think with Reignmakers, you can systematically make money by buying and selling cards. But ultimately, I have to give this app a 2-star rating because of the so-called “prize packs” where you buy a pack of cards not knowing what players you are getting. Firstly, the packs are really expensive. You get like 5-8 cards for $15 absolute minimum, and your supposed to get better cards on average for the more expensive packs. I’m here to tell you, I’ve bought many $15 packs and a few $50 packs, and not once, literally not a single time, has the value of the pack EVER even been worth 1/4 of the price I paid. It’s like they are saying “thanks for your money, and here’s 5 backup QBs that never played a snap in their career, and I threw in a kicker that just got reverted to the practice squad for good measure”. The worst part is, the last one I purchased, which was $50, specifically said I would be guaranteed a QB1, and if I didn’t like my pack I could trade it in for another pack. Which is literally the only reason I considered buying another pack. And then I find out there’s no QB1, but yet another backup QB. And after I find out how bad the pack is, if I want to trade it in for another pack, I have to trade in that pack plus 36 other cards of mine, 2 of which had to be worth a minimum of $20. So yeah, I feel like this warrants a terrible review, because they just ripped me off of another $50 and then didn’t even stay true to their word of allowing me to trade it in.

During the second week of the NFL season the site crashed and would’t let me put in any bets. Of course I emailed them multiple times and one of the emails I even gave them the 2 games I wanted to take before the games started. They didn’t back to me until later and the only thing they said was we understand that there was a problem with the site and they sent me a $10 free bet for having to wait to get a real response. I bet hundred of dollars and both games I emailed them won. I get the fact that if they were losers they wouldn’t have tried to collect the money, but they are the ones that had their service stopped. Thank god I didn’t have any parlays with a morning and afternoon game and I wanted to hedge the second game.Then for the night game of the same week the site crashed again. At this point I was asking for a supervisor and still have not heard from one. They are making millions of dollars every week and they can’t keep their site up and running. There shouldn’t be any excuse for this. What if I placed a bet for the night game earlier and wanted to get out of it or hedge it? No excuse and then no response still from a supervisor. I can’t wait till more companies start coming to Illinois because the customer service is god awful too. Unfortunately there aren’t many other options out there and they do let you buy some points on college football games. They don’t let you do a 4 team 13 point teaser like William Hill does, but this is site is easier to deposit and withdrawal money. That’s why I didn’t give it one star.

I downloaded this app sometime last year, created an account but never ended up using it so I deleted the app. I received an email saying that if I deposit $5 that I would get a 8 $25 bonus bets, so i did and i did receive it. I used them on several different games in just a few nights (i don’t really know much about betting/sports). I ended up winning a bit of money and tried to cash out, they had every excuse in the book for me not to be able to cash out. I had gotten married since I first created the account so now my last name is different. First they said the email that I originally created the account with has to match my PayPal. So I contacted them and updated it. Then they told me my last name had to be the same as well, I contacted them again and once again they changed it. It still will not let me withdraw so I contacted them again. I explained to them what was happening and they said they would look into it. I wait 2 days and no response back yet. I messaged again asking for updates and the only response I get back is a number for gambling addiction and a message saying that my account is now locked due to “suspicion of potential gambling addiction” and I can no longer withdraw my funds; which obviously I’m not addicted since it’s the first time I had ever bet in my life. This was several days ago. I have inquired about getting my account unlocked and have not received a since message back.. don’t waste your time or money on this app. Id give 0 stars if I could

First, I got my mom to try it and her first time on she won like $300 and they wouldn’t pay her they froze her account and said she has a “gambling problem” this woman never gambles lol I had to write them soooooo much and threaten them with lawyers and all that and months after a painful process she finally got her money. Me I hardly ever win but I did on the 20th and it was a small little win only $15 mins you I just lost like $50 you would think a little $15 back wouldn’t matter…NOPE they have my bet stuck on “open” so it never “settles” meaning they don’t have to pay me even though this has been almost 2 weeks now I wrote support and they ignored me BUT I know they got it because I got an automated email back asking me to rate their customer service from the ticket I submitted but whattttt!? What am I gonna rate the zero response I got? I wrote them today so let’s see how this plays out it’s just sad you gotta do and go through all this just to get paid but how soooo easily they will take your money without a problem…also they have their stuff ran by AI just look it up or ask your Snapchat Ai and it will tell you and idk how many times I’d have a good feeling about certain bets and right when I go to place then boom they close and then when I cancel them and click another bet it OPENS back up then I go click on it and boom closes again lol stuff is definitely rigged it’s like they know the outcomes wouldn’t surprise me if all these sports are rigged
