InfinityEMS Mobile App has been reformatted for higher resolution screens and now includes an additional 'Education' section as well as for upcoming Critical Care Guidelines. The EMS Clinical Guidelines have also been updated for the July 2026 release.  This includes: * Updated 'Cardiac' guidelines, consistent with the 2025 AHA CPR Guidelines * Expanded pain management and sedation guidelines * Blood administration * Antibiotics for sepsis * Ultrasound guidelines for cardiac, E-FAST and peripheral IV placement * Bi-Level PAP (BPAP) and high-flow nasal cannula (HFNC) useMultiple other smaller protocol changes.  Please see the 'Updates' section for a more in-depth description.

* Quick Reference button added from the main menu. This accesses a new set of guidelines that include our destination guidelines and checklists from multiple protocols. * New 2021 eastTNems Clinical Guidelines--effective September 1st, 2021. * Updated Guidelines including Stroke & Stroke Destination, Rapidly-Deteriorating/Post-Resuscitation, Excited Delirium, as well as reworked OB/GYN and Medical sections. Quick Reference Section added.

* Reverts some of the features in the prior update due to compatibility issues. * Clinical Guideline updates: C-05 Bradycardia, M-09 Seizures, RX-03 Sedation/Chemical Restraint * Trauma Section is slightly reorganized to simplify similar guidelines. Revised to identify critical actions needed on scene, encourage permissive hypotension and clarify Trauma Destination.

Some clinical guidelines were not able to be viewed. Updated image files that were coded incorrectly.

Updated Clinical Guidelines * 1-04 Glucose Management - D10 Added as the primary treatment for hypoglycemia. * C-01 Initial Cardiac Arrest - Clarified to act as a reference to other guidelines/interventions. Addition of "stay-and-play" and other recommendations. * C-P6 Pit-Crew CPR - major changes with goal of early airway placement and coordinated pit-crew roles. * Termination guidelines updated with Traumatic Termination Guideline added. * Other minor updates.

** Added a quick reference scroll bar so when viewing a guideline, the user can have easier access to other (referenced) clinical guidelines.

* A "Back" button is added to most screens * Menu Bar is moved to the right side

App Stability: When protocols are being viewed, the app now allows orientation change for easier viewing and will not close back to the menu. Guidelines: * EMT/AEMT Attending Guidelines [Z-05] have been updated. * TXA Guideline is added [T-P5], and Hemorrhagic Shock is updated to reflect its use when available [T-03]. * EMT/AEMTs may give oral pain meds and Zofran with service specific training. Updates to M-02 and RX-02 reflect this. * SPEC-05, SPEC-06 and SPEC-07 have been added.

* Removed bottom Menu Bar. * Replaced it with Menu Button in top left corner.

App Changes: * The menu bar has been raised up some to compensate for newer phones with "Home" and other buttons on the bottom of the screen. * The "Close" buttons and "Back"/"Next" Buttons have been moved to the top of the screens where applicable. Guidelines Updates; * The "Universal Care" guidelines have been updated and educational information added. * The "Trauma" guidelines have been updated. * The "Behavioral"/"F'" guidelines have been moved to "Behavioral/Psych", now under "P". * The prior section "Z" has changed to "General Operations". The guidelines within have been reorganized, and "Patient/No-Patient", "Determination of Capacity" and "Refusal of Care" guidelines have been substantially updated. * There have been some small updates to the other sections.

* Updated Medical (M) Guidelines: No major changes. Protocols clarified and education added. * Updated Medication (RX) Guidelines: Protocols clarified. Ketamine recommended be given by drip over a few minutes mixed in a small bag of fluid. * Graphics tweaks to improve appearance on larger devices.

Landscape and Pinch-Zoom functionality.

* New Cardiac Guidelines, including condensed Asystole/PEA guidelines as well as narrow-complex and wide-complex tachycardia guidelines. *New Medical Shock protocol, combining cardiogenic, septic and neurogenic shocks.
