Not sure what it was…but I wanted a magic 8 ball nonetheless. I saw this and decided to give it a download. A very good decision on my part, haha get it decision? I’m not very funny.This app has a lot of cool features. I really like the quirky achievements, like mentioning cookie clicker on the 3000th try of magic 8 ball, and witching hour, opening the app at midnight. I especially like all the custom responses you can do! You can literally type anything! I have a pack of about 50 or so right now and it’s just honestly what I would say if I was a magic 8 ball, but you could do so much more! I have to mention the widget real quick. It’s like a fortune, and always SO SCARILY ACCURATE! My friend was trying to help me do something and it said “Someone will help you with something”, (which the message shows pretty often but cool coincidence).Overall an amazing app! I listed my favorite features here but there are so many more to discover. Great app, I’m excited to see what comes in new updates! :)

Hey Hayden!! I love the app, I just got it yesterday for my iPhone and it is GREAT! I just loaded it with all the best local fast food places and restaurants. My boyfriend and I are both incredibly indecisive almost every single date night we try to plan together. This should be a fun fix to that! However, I am having a hard time getting the app to work the same on my Apple Watch. How can I get the custom responses to come up on my watch, instead of the default ones? Is this possible yet, or do I just not know how to use my watch correctly? (I also just got my watch like two weeks ago..) Any feedback would be greatly appreciated! 😊👍🏼

With all the modes it has (one that can be rude, one that improves upon the original 8 ball answers, and the others that can help with day-to-day decisions), alongside it’s customizability, allows it to excel in being a good app. Having the ability to work on your watch is another great bonus, and it’s all packaged up for a cheap $0.99. Overall, it’s useful and fun, and I’d swear this could cost 20$.

Welcome to Summer 2021! This is one of the biggest updates yet. Some of the UI has been completely changed with an emphasis on ease of use.
It’s all about you!!
- The “Achievements” page is now “You”
- You can now tell Magic Ball your name
- The list of achievements have been moved, you can access the list through the “You” page
Changing response topics is now quicker than ever.
- The “Responses” page now has its own tab! You no longer have to go through the settings page first
- Custom Responses are now automatically turned on when a custom response set is set to be used
- The banner that appears when trying to select a custom response set that has 0 responses will now allow you to tap the banner to go to that response set.
- There are now more tips on how to set and edit your custom response sets
Speak to Magic Ball just got better.
- Magic Ball will now start listening when the Ball is tapped. Tap the Magic Ball again when you are done with your question.
- The Speak to Magic Ball transcription text will now turn blue while it is listening for your voice!
