My only problem is getting ptt (bp). Sometimes I get this info in less than 1 minute but mostly it either times out or it takes a long time to give me the bp reading. I do follow your hints but they do NOT help.

Unusable and glitchy zero stars

Had to give it one star to post but really my rating is zero. Just got my watch yesterday. First the app just hung. The next day, it won’t pair with Bluetooth in the app but I am getting text messages on the watch. I’m on on escalated case number but it’s been a day. Phone recording directs you to website but the article on pairing has a broken link so I cannot see it. Extremely disappointed and frustrated. My watch is a paperweight. If anything changes, I’ll update the review.

Just got my ViviWatch BP yesterday (8 July 2019) and have not been able to sync my iPhone 7 Plus with the app. Can not get the app to record my weight in lbs after multiple attempts. Watch shows BT symbols and iPhone shows BT connected but app says the BT is disconnected. Called tech support at ASUS and after an hour they suggested returning the watch for a different watch. More to come.
