I rarely write reviews, however the request came to my email. As a nurse with an advanced practice degree and military military spouse of 30 years I can offer my full endorsement for the platform. The web designers clearly spoke to the end users and asked what items are important and produced an exceptional product. As one who helped build Epics health platform, this is no easy task. The care at each MW facility has been thorough with attention given to myself and my children. I highly recommend this health care system and as one who knows, and works in this evolving industry can fully endorse without hesitation. I have options, I am choosing MWHC even though I’m employed with a competitor. The My Chart system is superior, the clinics are clean and well stocked with safety precautions clearly onboard. Fantastic job folks!

I want to compliment the young lady that helped me with a new billing that I needed to add to my account. She is very professional, polite, patient and helpful. She took her time with me explaining my billing and gave me the reassurance I needed. I am sorry I did not write down her name, but I hope you can look at my account to see who helped me. I also want to compliment the MWH application I use for all my medical needs. It is very user friendly and it helps me keep all my information at my finger tips. I have used my app at my doctors appointments.Thank you for all your help.

At first I did not think that I would like this. But I have found that it is very easy to use. I really like that if I have any questions they are answered right away. As an example I had forgot to talk to my NP about my problems that are now worse with my bladder. I asked the questions to her on my chart and she was able to help me right away. I also received my lab results promptly and was able to work with her to get the things I need a lot quicker.

Dr’s are fine. Everyone else is questionable. Went to the ER and parked in the parking garage. After hobbling up the hill and to the front desk someone finally asked if I wanted a wheel chair (wheel chairs need someone to push them, huge front window in front of the ER and no one came to assist). Nurse after my surgery got snippy with my wife when asked a question about home care. For physical therapy I was given a number to call. Goes straight to mailbox for return call. No one ever called back after three calls from me. Another apartment was canceled. Still needed to connect on Internet for them to tell me someone would call to reschedule. No one ever called back. Urgent care seems like a way better alternative
