In the previous app, you could not add gift cards, The whole drop-down menu for ordering was confusing, and a pain in the neck, and You couldn’t add Fountain beverages.I downloaded the new app today and my points converted over and I added a couple gift cards and checked out the new interface for ordering. All of which are welcomed changes.

No way to report a problem with delivery
neenerneener99
I ordered delivery through the app this weekend which was to be delivered by DoorDash. I do not use the DoorDash app at all and only after ordering was I a sent a text with DoorDash tracking info, otherwise I would have had no idea who the courier was. The courier approached my house in the car and marked the order delivered according to the tracking, but the food was not dropped off. In the honeygrow app there is no way to see the status of past delivery orders, and no way to connect with a representative for a resolution through the honeygrow app where you pay for the food and delivery. When I called the store there was no recourse, the manager could not refund or re-deliver. The manager also could not answer whether honeygrow had my money or DoorDash did. He suggested I call DoorDash for a resolution when I had never even touched the DoorDash app. DoorDash did not provide a phone number with the tracking to call to resolve any issues. If there is a problem with your delivery order placed through hg it is in the ether. The app is aesthetically pleasing and functional for ordering but useless for seeing order history or trying to resolve a problem.

Hi there! I am terribly sorry to hear of this delivery experience! There is a space to connect with customer support both on the order confirmation page and in the main menu of the app. Whenever you have an issue the restaurant team is unable to help you with we encourage you to reach out to our team there and they will definitely help!

I’m going to start off by saying I understand the economy isn’t what it was a few years ago, but this is absolutely ridiculous. This is my second time within the last month going to my closest honeygrow location. I order from the app during my lunch break. I checked today very closely to make sure an item (quinoa) was on my order because the last time I ordered, that ingredient showed up on my end as being included in the order but when I picked it up, the quinoa wasn’t in there. The same exact thing happened today but when I checked the ingredients list, it was mysteriously gone off the physical order receipt again. Not only that the portions have gotten astronomically small. $14 for all veggies/fruit with an ingredient missing is way too much for the portion that I’ve received for the 2nd time. If Honeygrow is going to down size the portions, downsize the price as well. I got a good 6 bites out of this “SALAD”.
Worst software

I had made several purchases at their Marlton, NJ store. The software used to let you use previous existing orders. I had pressed that on the App and it wouldn’t let me. I was about 5 miles from the store. I started a new order and unbeknownst to me it sent the order to Cherry Hill, NJ where I have never purchased from. I arrived at Marlton to pick up my order and they said it was never processed. After looking at App I saw where it was sent. I asked them to contact store and they told me I had to call as the order was already processed on my debit card. Finally the manager just made me a salad no charge. This horrible software will not let you set store preference. If you are close to both stores you don’t know where the GPS will send order. Another irritant is having to decline items. I never order protein yet App forces me to decline. This is just a trick sales tactic to encourage you to spend more. You have to sit on App to see why it hasn’t gone through to make sure you have checked off all the declines Simply ridiculous!
