I got this for one of my supplier accounts. Was all set up for payments that I made weekly and all of a sudden out of the blue they changed everything over to a full payment and I’m pretty sure they keep dinging my credit because it’s really funny that I go from 700 to basically 500 in a matter of days and nothing has changed. But dealing with these people, it was by a fluke that I had logged in to make a payment that I seen it was saying that I was now full payment I question and they said oh well we don’t know why that was changed and I’m like well if I wasn’t making weekly payments then I would’ve been screwed so I have paid this off and then canceling it. You need to stay a long ways away from this company.

I’m a customer experiencing a Identity crisis from another card issuer and I called today to inform them I didn’t feel comfortable giving my passport or drivers license to identify myself and plainly didn’t understand why I needed to do so. I’ve had this account for 6+ months.I had to get new debit/credit cards behind the capital one breach and now I’m in a pending lawsuit. These big card issuers leak our personal information and people go rent vehicles and purchase items online and hack facebook and instagram accounts and in return they try to settle for two years of lifelock services to try to do a quick fix and it’s not right.I have did the ID verification and praying you guys don’t have a breach or leak in information like I’ve experienced with the other card issuer. You guys need to accommodate your customers that don’t want to upload sensitive documents such as a drivers license and passport, especially if you cannot guarantee it won’t become compromised. This happened in August and I still deal with it today and it’s a traumatizing experience. Thanks so much!

Please read every FINE and SUPER FINE PRINT! They are not based in Atlanta as stated. They’re in the UK and follow different rules. Also the monthly minimum payment is not like the usual ones here in the USA. Cards here are 1-5% of the balance on the card for your monthly payment. Capital on Tap is 10%!!!! Outrageous. My balance was $18k so my first monthly payment was $1,800!!! That’s more than my mortgage and any other payment I have. Then the next month it dipped a hundred so it was $1723!!! Crazy crazy. Almost went broke. I will not use this card.
