When they deduct money without giving notice, i went to the bank (kpay center) and Complaint. I waited over an hour and they only collected my information and asked me to wait call from the call center. I called their call center sinced before i go to bsnk. The line is always busy and ask me to wait by holding the call. I holded abd deducted my phone bill. But they never answered. And I had been waiting their email and call since i asked to be called. But, it took over a month already. I asked the bank again and again . They only told me to call 3211 which is always busy and taking my phone bill. i have spent 20% of my error money and no response. Unhelpful service. Not a reliable pau app.

How can scammers easily get informations about costumers and easily withdraw money from bank accounts with just a PIN number??? It took them 30 mins to freeze my account and a day to inform me that there's nothing they can do unless i go to the police??? U should make it harder for people to register and make it more complicated to withdraw money from bank account..also why don't u just temporarily halt this app and improve it and make it harder for scammers to scam people or file a case at police to catch the thieves yourself instead of trying to catch them through costumers' hand??? Also why bother having a costumer service if u can't even give me a definite answer...the worst bank ever

Due to KBZ service lost life
Thank you very much. Due to errors in KBZ Pay’s system, not only was money lost, but customers also faced various forms of distress. Because of KBZ Pay’s lack of responsibility and accountability, as well as the emotional burden it has caused, the KBZ Pay money transfer and withdrawal business has now been shut down. So, I’ve been using KBZPay for a while now, and honestly, it makes life easier. I can send money to friends, pay for food, and top up my phone without going outside. Super helpful when I’m busy or lazy!The app is simple. Just open it, tap a few buttons, and done.
