So far so good.
I am doing this app along with another that is a paid app, and honestly, I prefer this over the competition for a couple reasons. It’s easier to see what your end result is and while fewer options can be frustrating at times, it actually made it easier for me. I’m only a couple days in to using the app and so far, so good.
I can’t believe we’re getting this all for free. This is basically several apps consolidated into one, making it super convenient to track everything. I no longer have to go through the hassle of finding 3 seperate apps for tracking calories, water intakes and exercises. I’m so grateful for the dev team!
If you take the time to enter your normal foods and look up all the nutrient data — this app is extremely helpful in tracking nutrient and calories data... Their built in database isn’t that extensive — but again completely worth it with a little up front work
