We put dog owners in touch with volunteers who take care of dogs just for the love of doggos.

Can be a little hard/require some extra work to get responses but the dog sitters I have connected with have been great

This app clearly never went through any type of usability testing nor focus group. Basic functions are hidden or unintuitive. Other things are very poorly designed. As one of many examples, I tried to find a pet-sitter near a place I will be in 5 weeks. That by itself was not easy because by default it looks for sitter near you right now and it needs a very specific address, not a search area. After succeeding with my initial request, the app extended the search for my initial request but reverting back to my current location?!!!! I’m now receiving tens of offers of people living near me and I can’t even find where to cancel my request… My advice would be for the app developer to go back to the drawing board, redesign this app, get some adopters into a testing/review group and try again. I’m going to stay away for now…

This app is easy to use and fun! I'm not ready to get another dog just yet so this is a great way to take other dogs for walks and help other people out, too. Thanks for creating this idea.

I got an error anytime I try to send a message through the app. There is no point in using this if message doesn’t work. I sent two support emails and they did not reply to me. I bought the premium subscription and I can’t do anything. I want my money back but the company won’t reply. Next, I’m gonna try reporting them to Apple.
In this new version, we improved the user interface to make the app easier to use and fixed a few bugs.
