First and foremost, I don't live in Nigeria, but I ran a business in Nigeria that required regular internet service. My journey started when my staff introduced me to ANNABEL AJAYI (FIBREONE BROADBAND sales girl). The young lady misled me into making a wrong plan that is unsuitable for my business. Then it took them around two weeks to set me up, contrary to the five business days she promised. I enjoyed the internet service for 22 days, and my internet stopped working ever since then. I have spent a lot of money on my plan B internet service. I was hoping renewing my plan could reactivate the service; 6 days after I made a 31k payment to renew, the internet service is still not working. I called them from abroad with a calling card, but they quickly hung up without providing any solutions. I sent my staff to their office in Lekki Phase 1; they promised him that they would send a technician within 48 hours. It's been almost six days now; Annabel, the rude sales girl, stopped picking up my call and responding to my messages, and the customer service kept me on the phone for over 40 minutes with no solutions. BE WARNED!!! People, please stay away from FIBREONE BROADBAND; they are big-time scammers!!!

I’ve never felt so utterly disrespected and let down by a service provider in my life. Subscribing to FiberOne has been a nightmare that refuses to end. For several weeks! not days, weeks! I’ve been completely offline, with zero access to the internet that I paid for in advance under a three-month subscription plan. And despite this loss, there has been no compensation for the days I’ve been disconnected, no genuine solution, and worst of all, no accountability.Every single day, I’ve called FiberOne’s support line—sometimes multiple times a day. Not only are these calls not toll-free (so yes, I am paying for their failure), I’ve had to sit on hold for long, exhausting minutes each time, only to be fed the same monotonous, scripted line: “Our engineers are on their way to you.” That line has become an insult. Days turn into weeks, and still—nothing.The saddest part? I genuinely believed their promises. I kept calling, hoping someone would finally take this seriously. But this has gone beyond poor service—it’s a complete breakdown of professionalism and care for customers. I’m not just disappointed; I’m angry, hurt, and baffled that any company would let a paying customer be treated this way.FiberOne, if you see this: you owe me and countless others more than empty words. We deserve service, we deserve support, and above all—we deserve respect.

The resolution matrix with Fiberone is the worst I have experienced for any Internet service provider in lagos (Nigeria).After payment, installation took almost a month before a technician was allocated to set up the router.After 3 month of usage the link had an issue (15th Jan 2024) and till date (13th Feb 2024) there has been no communication from the company FiberOne to all affected customers on cause of the problem and no update on when it would be resolved.Talking to customer care on any channel is an absolute nightmare because you will keep getting promises of a technician visit, remote resolution and other stories.Do yourself a favor by using another ISP even if it’s expensive.

If I could rate beneath a one-star rating, that’s what FiberOne deserves.I applied for relocation from my former house to the new one and your team told me you have coverage in the new house, and it would take 7 to 10 days. I paid on December 2, and I called your team to see if it can be fast tracked.After payment confirmation, radio silence from FiberOne, no emails, no calls, no texts, just silence, I was the one calling to consistently ask for feedback, and I’ve never seen a group that’s as irresponsible as your team, I’m sorry, because it’s always we will transfer to this team, we will transfer to that team and the next time you call, same old story. They promised to come on December 23, and I crashed all my plans for that busy period expecting our darling FiberOne, only for me to get a call late in the afternoon that the operator supposed to be coming said there’s traffic and he wouldn’t come anymore, HOW INSENSITIVE AND IRRESPONSIBLE does an organization get.They eventually come today, January 8, a month and 6 days after payment only for them to say there’s a box that my house doesn’t have and they need.Asking the operator when they’ll just get this whole thing sorted, he says he doesn’t know when that’ll be sorted. At this point, I can conclusively say FiberOne internet is good, but FiberOne as an organization is unreliable, unprofessional, and they should be the definition of below mediocre, because how can they do this without consequences?Back story, a job offer I had required the need of the Fiber internet and FiberOne has decided to make itself the weapon fashioned against me with their useless organization structures.If you’re not yet on a Fiber internet service, please run from FiberOne, they’re the worst service you can think of.P.S. When the device was being installed in my last apartment, their operators came and still asked me for money to rent ladder.See, just run from FiberOne, they’re useless.
