this really workksss
Made me lose over 200$+ from fees, if you want to invest, buy, sell, send, receive crypto activity dont use this. even tho i live in bahrain and says 0 fee, they lie about it. I bought 525 bhd in eth, and got 494 bhd in eth, and swapping 100 crypto getting 94 back. Even tho it says “0 fees” on the app they lie not to mention i am in bahrain and it still takes tons of fees. Never using this, use binance way better even if its not in ur country. Sending crypto is already 17$ when it says “0 fee” atleast say “Fee = 17$” instead of “Fee = 0” lies on lies made me lose a ton. Bad app. Use binance please.

Be aware after i send them all my info, passsport and bank statments and all info requested they verified me for 1 month i started to purchase and everything was goos, suddenly they stopped the account and refused to say why! And continued as nothing happened, they collected my info and stopped the service! Not reliable , if you want to put it in mind! Not reliable to purchase btc whenever you want because there is always surprises with there services, plz be aware from your personal info!Do not trustDo not trust Do not trust bad service

I’m having a frustrating experience with Rain! My account is restricted, and I can’t send or receive cryptocurrencies because they require identity verification again. I provided a valid passport and driver’s license, both of which are still valid, but the platform insists on a national ID, which I haven’t been able to renew yet. This policy is too rigid and inconvenient for users. I urge Rain to resolve my issue quickly, or I may have to consider switching to a more flexible platform!
