It takes a few minutes to set up, but once everything is...look out world! Though I have quickbooks for much of my business accounting management (& some invoicing), I have found this app extremely handy on the go. I able to quickly customize my invoices & send to clients with ease & receive payments to my business banking account. I like having the ability to maintain revenue intake without having to worry about keeping up with paper receipts when I’m not in the offfice. I’m also able to integrate PayPal with this app to receive payments. It is definitely a business must have!!

I love this app. I have using it since 2018. They got a-lots of improvement since that. But when it goes to the paid membership. i am expecting it has more customization for different industry. First, when the invoice marked paid, its no longer editable. When we doing weddings, there are always detail changing before the wedding day. I couldn't found a way to solve this problem yet. Second, when i attach pictures, it takes upanother whole page to print only the picture on the invoice. it use to be a smaller picture attach at the same page of the invoice. The AI system teach me to edit the invoice layout but still takes up 2 pages. Thumbs up for the AI that understand completely answer my question, even though end up cannot resolve my problem , but good to know we can edit the layout. Hopefully they will have more options for us to edit the layout. And if the invoice app could let us edit the fields what kind information we need to put down for different industries it would be even better. Looking forward for their updates!

Congratulations on doing the exact same thing QuickBooks did. In fact, if I didn’t know any better I’d say you idiots ARE QuickBooks. Your update RUINED the entire program. It’s unworkable and unusable. You have cost me time and money now that I don’t have to waste. I hate you for doing what you did! I can’t even modify my invoices. I have no more quick search so when I scroll through my items I have to scroll through page after page after page to find the “parts” icon. Doing that every time is impossible. Do you morons have any idea of the parts I deal with at my shop and to do this every single time is INSANE! It will take me hours to do one #%?!ING invoice not to mention when I’m done with the invoice you’ve taken away the ability to modify it when I have to add more parts or labor or whatever so if you don’t do a perfect ticket the first time you’re screwed! Thanks for nothing LOSERS! 😡😡😡

I did not realize it, but when I was sending out invoices, this app was giving the customer the option to pay by credit card. My client did that and I got a email from Stripe that I needed to start an account to get paid. Needless to say here I am three weeks later no payment and Stripe is refunding my client because they said there is too many disputes with my type of business. I'm a contractor. It will be weeks before my client sees the refunded payment on their credit card account which puts us more than a month later back to square one where we started. If you use this app, use the credit card payment feature at your own risk.
