+Go Mobile App by Vivify Health is a bring-your-own-device (BYOD) remote patient monitoring solution that keeps patients connected to their care teams from virtually anywhere. Access to the app is limited to patients who are assigned to a program and invited by their healthcare provider. Patients use the Vivify Health mobile app to follow personalized care pathways, share biometric data, and access tailored educational resources and can conduct video visits with their care team. In addition, patients using +Go Mobile App can send and receive secure in-app text messages. Providers enroll patients either at the healthcare facility or by shipping Bluetooth-enabled remote monitoring devices directly to the patient’s home. Supported devices include blood pressure monitors, pulse oximeters, weight scales, glucose meters, pedometers, and thermometers, with additional devices available as needed. The app connects to the compatible Bluetooth-enabled medical devices for automatic biometric data collection. However, biometric devices are optional; patients can manually enter their biometric readings, and depending on their program, biometrics may not be required at all. Vivify Health's +Go Mobile App solution is flexible in content and experience and designed to help engage, empower, educate and shape patient behavior.

Can’t update app

I keep getting a message that I need to update the app by going to the App Store. So I click on the link and it just opens the old App - and I get the update message again. If I go to delete the app to download it again, I get a message that all my data will get lost. So I can’t figure out how to update the app. Very frustrating. Also, too many unnecessary clicks required to report daily.

Only using this as I am required by work right now. Not only is the app slow, you have to log your info during the day? I am continually getting messages when I am sleeping considering I work at night but apparently we’re only on your clock. I know it’s inconvenient to work nights (hello, been doing it for 7 years) but it’s also really inconvenient to be awoken daily by your messages at 2 pm to do literally anything. Every singe afternoon I wish that telemarketers would call your staff at 2am just to redeem me. It’s also inconvenient for the apps functionality to be the way it is. It’s 2020 people. Let’s upgrade your processing or find a new tracker. Thank you for coming to my ted talk.

I had to sign up for this app for my work. Being sick with COVID, I have to check in twice a day selecting my symptoms. There are only two pages of symptoms to go through. With this limited list I can only pretend and mark one that is somewhat close, like “cough” when i try to clear the pressure on my chest. That is not really a cough, but it’s the only thing I can mark. How about “headaches”, “Sinus Pressure”, “Sneezing”, “lost of taste”, “lost of smell”....actual COVID-19 symptoms?!At least have a write in option!This is a waste of time and filling it out makes me only sound like I am doing fine, when in fact the sickness is progressing without proper monitoring. That’s actually more harmful then good!

The Vivify app is so easy to use whether it is +Home (using the tablet) or +Go (using your own device such as a mobile phone). I like the automated biometric readings as well as being able to schedule video calls/visits now or in the future!

Security updates as well as fixed an issue with displaying 255/255 BP readings when the BP errors out, and Diastolic values not being displayed in the patient monitoring grid
