When I first decided to start working out, I wasn’t sure how to go about it so I researched various plans. I came across #Crockfit and I couldn’t be more happier with my decision.As mentioned, I am a beginner when it comes to working out. This app takes this into consideration. It’s easy to use. Not only does the app list exercises but if you are unsure of how to perform the exercise you can watch a video demonstration. Also it allows you to enter in weight information so you don’t have to remember what you did the last time. It also times your rests between exercises and sets.Overall my experience with the app has been positive and I can not wait for the plans 3 and 4 plus the abs routine to be added. Also that is another perk each plan is 12 weeks so you feel like you making small accomplishments and the routines are changed up within the plan every couple weeks so you are not constantly repeating the same routine for 12 weeks.

There are not enough stars here to rate how AMAZING Alex Crockford and the #Crockfit app are!I started following Alex on Instagram and his videos are so positive, inspiring and motivating that I decided to try a free week of the #Crockfit app. After the second workout, I immediately subscribed to his workout programs. I LOVE the #crockfit app! It is so well-structured with the workout plan and the timing for each workout, it has how-to videos of each workout, it is has the flexibility to personalize the timer of your workout schedule, includes a guide to start your fitness journey and a pdf of quick and easy healthy recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and even sweets! One of my favorite things about this program is that Alex Crockford himself is available to answer any question that you may have through emails, DMs on Instagram, or through his amazing group on facebook. He is also available to cheer you on with your progress. I immediately started seeing results on my first week using this app and the best part is that his fitness programs are much more affordable than a personal training program at the gym. I’ve been following Alex for years on Instagram and even purchased some of his programs in PDF format before this app was a thing. Since the app was released and updated, fixed, and continually made better... My drive to workout has increased 10 fold. The programs Alex has released are great for any level. I’ve been following Homefit and in 3 weeks the results are real. It’s motivating to see quick results and healthy habits forming by being dedicated to a routine in this app. It’s also inspiring to see Alex in his own journey through instagram and to know that he’s right there if you have questions or need motivation. Never ceases to amaze me that he’s got time to respond to DMs amidst his insane schedule. You won’t be disappointed if you start with #Crockfit.

This is my favorite workout app! The #CrockFit app itself has an user-friendly design; it makes working your way through each of the daily workouts that much easier. The biggest setback I’ve faced with other apps is the proper order for certain routines and how many reps I need for each set . #CrockFit eliminates all that guesswork. I’ve found the videos, each explaining the proper movements for every routine, really helpful - especially if you have a question about form. The timer function also helps you keep pace. I’ve been playing my workout playlist on my AirPods and just jumping right in to the routine. Seriously - this app changed the way I approached my workouts. It’ll give you all the support you need. I’m enjoying it and highly recommend it!!! 💪🏼
