I LOVE HighLevel. I only wish they had the ability to cc or bcc contacts when emailing them. And the ability to automatically followup with contacts in the same email thread. These are the ONLY features that are keeping it from behaving like a CRM. These two snags are the only reason why our company continues to use Close as a CRM even though we’d rather transition fully to HighLevel.I also wish that their mobile app could support the ability to allocate contacts to Workflows and make it easier to edit the Additional Info section of a contact’s profile. Currently we are unable to do this on mobile. I hope this review doesn’t come across as negative because I do love this tool and company. It is because we love it so much that we are aware of the few flaws it has.

I switched to GHL at the advice of my marketing manager. We though it looked pretty slick to support my growth but has turned out to be the biggest mistake sadly, resulting in loss of income. I did not understand why my last two email campaigns got hardly any sales and then recently discovered that any emails sent to G mail contacts were placed in their spam folder. I lost so much money in potential sales due to GHL email server being on G mail’s spam list. A huge percentage of my contacts have G mail accounts and were not seeing my emails. As far as the phone app, it is very limited and you have no access to your GHL account on this app. It is only to track incoming messages. You cannot check progress of campaigns with it. Once I read or delete all messages and mark as “read” it still shows I have the same amount of messages so was totally useless to me beside seeming in one place if a message on social media came in. But I see those when I’m on social media so it just felt redundant and useless. Sorry GHL but you lost me. Another issue is that I was given a sub account from my marketer and so I was not listed as an administrator and therefore I could not change any of my business settings or logo or anything. So if somebody sets this up for you to use as a sub account be sure that you are listed as an administrator!

By far the best business tool I have in my arsenal. The challenge with small business is you as the owner wear multiple hats. Event Hawk help me with the most important one …. Customer service. Event Hawk has helped me get clients that I never knew I was missing. A lot of customer window shop … event Hawk helps the window shoppers come in and look around and more times then not they end up booking. Event Hawk has helped me get an edge over my competitors but helping me stay in communication with my customers. Hands down best business move in a long time.

I have this actual application, and then I have the branded app for my marketing company and I have to have both of them on my phone because one or the other has bugs in it that don’t notify me when I’m getting my client messages. It’s either that or I can’t access all of the information that my clients are putting in on their Lead form. As someone else has said as well it doesn’t allow me to fully access all the features that I can on the desktop. So it’s not good for on the go. While it is nice to have access to my clients contact info and our messages as well as the schedule I wish there were more things that I could do on my phone, and then again, it’d be nice not to have this app and then my marketing company’s version of the same app in order to access everything I should.
