I can input hive inspection info right away. I mostly put my inspection in the notes/description box but can check mark other items. I like that the weather can be added with a simple tap on the screen. But really love that I can add my inspection photos to always have at my fingertips. Each hive has its own screen with a picture.I don’t know if there is a storage site for an inactive hive. That would be nice so I don’t loose all that info which has the care of the hive to refer back to. It continues to show I have 4 hives when 3 are only active. A storage shed would be nice to put this hive & info in to save.1.)I do wish the dashboard for the hive weights (& maybe the harvesting weights) would each show up with dates & actual weight not just random dots on a graph that doesn’t say what the wt actually was. Only the last wt shows the info.2) The finance page is very confusing with expense & profit- so many steps & confusing with items entered & designations etc. nothing ever seems to match up. I just want to enter my purchases/expenses in a simple way instead of jumping through so many screens. I just can’t figure this page out.I have recommended to others in my bee club & conventions ☺️

Hello. Thanks for the detailed comment. For example, you can create an archival apiary and place the necessary hives there. In addition, you can always write me an email with your questions.

1. Queen Bee color does not have White as an option, it just lists the same color options for hive colors. 2. I would like to be able to edit the order that my hives are listed in the main screen that way they are listed in the same order I inspect. When I add a split to the app it gets put at the bottom of the list but I may not check it as the last hive. It keeps my flow consistent and less errors when entering data as I’ve had to re write data under different hives a couple of times now as it was in the wrong hive in the app. 3. I wish I didn’t have to go through so many steps to get to the point of entering a new inspection log, not sure the best way to fix this but tapping the hive then going to last inspection then tapping the plus sign feels like a lot of steps and was confusing to figure out how to add new entries at first.

Hello!Thank you!1. You can create any new color in the settings and use it.2. You can use sorting in the list of hives or give the name of the hive so that they are lined up by name in the desired order3. I added a quick action menu when clicking on a hive photo (ver. 1.9.11)

It sure beats pen and paper! I’m really enjoying using this app. Of course I would customize several more things, but I think every beekeeper keeps records slightly differently, so what I might want to change about this app wouldn’t necessarily apply to everyone. I do find I rely heavily on the notes section below. And I VERY much appreciate the ability to put photos in for hive inspections!!!
