This is a great app that puts your mental health in your own hands by teaching mindfulness and thoughtful planning. The layout is easy to navigate and understand. The simplicity offers the user a clear cut way of deciding for themselves what they want out of the experience. It asks thought provoking questions to get you to solve your own problems and change your thinking.

I was very excited about this app. It seemed like a quick an easy way to redirect recurring negative thoughts into something more productive. Unfortunately, the app crashed every time I attempted to “create a movement”. I thought maybe it was a glitch with the free version. So, I subscribed for the year hoping it would make that category available. That did not happen. The app still crashes whenever I reach the same page. That’s 25% of the app. I refuse to pay a premium for an app that clearly needs work. I checked and there hasn’t been an app update in months so I doubt this is a problem that’ll get fixed anytime soon. If it was fixed, I’d def pay. It’s a shame. I haven’t found any other apps with this concept and so user friendly.

Tappily makes the practice of mindfulness and gratitude so easy. We know that both of those things have potential to create improved mental health, joy, and a helpful reframe of mindset. Finally an app that truly helps me organize my thoughts and goals. Tappily helps me with my adhd and anxiety A LOT because I get overwhelmed really easy when I work. The app lets me write everything down that’s jumbled in my head which helps me prioritize my goals and better understand the real issues at hand. This app is absolutely perfect for anyone needing inner peace and a calm focused mind!!
