Lost access to my game with VIP subscription, level 143 five days ago at the time of writing this review and still not resolved. Save your time and money. Many games out there that are far less frustrating than this one. The game gets more frustrating with each update they roll out. The incentives that were used to entice purchase of VIP subscription and the different Passes have declined in usefulness and value and some were taken away/removes with new updates. While I’m waiting for them to resolve my game, I’m playing a new game which is a completely different version. The requirements imposed to purchase new appliances are ridiculous. Takes forever to accumulate coins to purchase next appliance and when you finally do accumulate enough coins, you need to purchase decors to be able to do so, decor you do not need or want that clutter your restaurant and then, have to wait a certain amount of time before getting access many of these items and the points for said purchase, which are needed to buy appliance. Many times, to buy that needed decor to buy your appliance, you will be forced to expand your restaurant, whether you need to or not. You have to go through the same nut-roll to add tables which are needed to accumulate coins - more than half the tables I do have require a new appliance. Like I wrote earlier, save your time and money.
