Service is always good but they need to space out the breaks. It’s very busy and two or three people are on break. So many upset people today. But they are good with being nice. They need assistance fast! Thank you

Tonight was my third time here . The first two times the staff and the food was exceptional .But tonight The person at the register hardly spoke any English and was having a very hard time at the register . Seemed very confused .I got the 4 piece grilled dinner and my wife the chicken sandwich.Not many people in tonight as it was not busy .The chicken sandwich was dried out and hard to chew.My chicken was dried out too other then the thigh .The wing and chicken leg crunchy?The other two times was on a weekend night so the turnover was quick and the food fresh.To me the food tonight was sitting around for a while not hot and dried out. Very disappointing I will give it another try as I really enjoyed my experience prior to.But hopefully someone will look into it This is a Wednesday evening

I received the ad and it looked interesting plus the food looks scrumptious. It was not easy to download and navigate plus it took me 20 minutes to place my order only to be told they couldn’t fulfill my order today. I was starving by the time I was told to place my order at another time. Surely the store on Lexington Avenue doesn’t close at 8 o’clock on Friday night….That’s ridiculous! I doubt I’ll waste my time again. Maybe I’ll try the chicken if I walk by the store, as I live three blocks away.

Still room for improvements. With self pickup, I’m asked for my email confirm rather than through the app. FAQ stated the rewards do expire but no expiration date can be found. So will I open the app and just find my points missing one day? A gimmick of sorts? Editing my order wasn’t user friendly, I often have to toggle a bit.
