The app and website both have SO many glitches that cause me to spend a ridiculous amount of extra time fixing things that should be automated every week.The whole app/website is down AGAIN today and I have 6 technicals out on the road that rely on this to do all of their jobs. This is going to ruin our schedule for the whole week. Not to mention all of their jobs time and money we are wasting every time something like this happens.As part of a franchise I am forced to use this app but it is the worst part of my day every single day.

This app is absolutely terrible constantly having issues uploading photos onto work orders. The system seems to have some sort of network issue blaming it on cell service constantly deletes uploaded photos and notes. If you run a professional business stay far away it will save you and your company, employees, massive headaches.
