Yeah, what everyone else said — this app is buggy and needs a revamp. What I was most frustrated with is that I made my account in college but didn’t go on a trip until later. What I didn’t know back then was that when I filled out all my personal information on the app, it could not be undone. For example, I filled out my university and college major. Instead of being able to erase it as that is no longer current information, it only gave me a drop-down list to change the major that is listed. There’s no way to fill it out with a blank option. I didn’t want to specify, I wanted to erase it!! Same goes for other questions such as how I identify as (Just Jewish, Reform, etc). Once you choose an option, you can’t go back and erase your answer, you can only change it. So because I laid out all of this information years ago, I was physically unable to leave room for mystery because this app doesn’t let you change your “about me” section 👎👎👎

I signed up as a new user with all my birthright credentials (same email, password, name, dob, phone number etc) as mentioned in previous responses and it just tells me that the user already exists, but when I go to sign up as an existing use it tells me my info is incorrect and I’m not sure how to access my account.

Can’t login, can’t access trips, everything you click goes to the same wrong page. Navigation is completely broken. Tested on several devices. Updated, reinstalled etc. Attempted to get in touch over email and phone over a dozen times. Both phone number listed say “not in service” when you call. 0 correspondence over email. Tried repeatedly talking to my trip organizer, and I keep getting pushed off and told she spoke to IT. No phone number I can call, nothing I can do. This is critical because I need to extend my return flight. With every day that passes it is getting increasingly difficult to make accommodations there.This app is in horrific shape and needs a complete revamp. If I do not receive any correspondence soon, I will be forced to cancel my trip and dispute the charge on my credit card.

Reading over reviews for this app about having difficulties logging in, i immediately did what the developer explained (that you have to technically “sign up” even if you have a Birthright account because this is your first time using the app) and everything seems perfectly fine. Can’t wait for my trip!
