Just like all the other reviewers, it crashes when I try to open it. I just deleted & re-downloaded and it worked (for now). There’s no way to make a setting so that you’re notified via text or email when you have a message from your clinician. I suppose you just have to check every day to see if they’ve contacted you. I have no idea why my doctor’s office chose this platform instead of the many out there that work perfectly well.

The app keeps crashing if I do anything other than send a message. If I click on any other option, it crashes, and will not reopen. I have to delete it and reinstall it only to have it happen again. It’s barely functional at all, and I am deleting it. Very frustrating because using these kinds of portal apps for doctor’s is extremely convenient. This one is an exercise in frustration and irritation.

my phone is up to date with the latest software and the app keeps crashing when i click on the my profile tab within the app. i have to delete the app and re-download it every time its crashes in order to get back in. it would be awesome in the future if you could upload documents through this app.

I downloaded this for medical reasons because this is what they use. It will not even open on my phone it’s not even in my settings and I had a hard time trying to open it on the app that you have on your phone. This app needs to be updated badly I wish I did not even have to give it a star because it’s not even worth one!!!!!
