I see most people saying the app is a mess or a disappointment , I should say maybe they’re using the old version. Pay no heed to the stupid comments people are passing here . The App is super good , you get to login to your account with number and password without the SIM card , making is very easy to retrieve your money even when your SIM card is lost or damaged .. the app does whatever the SIM card does just that you cannot buy airtime for another network which is not quite important… THE APP IS SUPPER GOOD and I’m happy they keep updating to make it even more better .

With the new Design the traditional buffer that indicates your data balance is still empty even after buying bundle plus the amount is difficult to read unlike the old version. If it’s 2GB Please show 2GB and not “null” with a new whole bunch of figures which I don’t understand. It shows null and too many error pop ups after loading a service and it takes forever in loading. It wasn’t like this with the old version. The old UI was way better and user friendly and even a lay person can navigate through. Checking normal t-cash balance will take forever and at the end a pop up error message. Please I think the old UI is way better or better still fix all these problems. Apps are suppose to make things easier and not difficult. That’s when you get people downloading the app. I encouraged people to download the app when we had the old UI, but now they’re all complaining of the same issue and finding it difficult to navigate. This is so frustrating especially when you wanna do something urgently.

This app is extremely difficult to use. I have been trying for over an hour to pay for my FBB package on the app. No success. I also haven’t found any resources online on how to do that. Now I have loaded money onto my account and just can’t figure out how to buy a bundle. I advise the app developers to really look beyond just putting buttons on the app to really making this app more intuitive. Eg I should not have to request to change my FBB package before I can purchase a different bundle. I should be able to easily use cash to buy a bundle. Why is there a second step to this. There is no point in providing information on all the bundles on Telecel in the app if the next step from selecting my preferred bundle is not “buy this bundle”. A lot of the info here is simply not actionable. User experience needs A LOT of work.

I can’t log in because I don’t receive the SMS verification before the 1 minute time-out. Initially, when I could log in, user-session logs me out too quickly. This strict user session expiry can be restricted to t-cash features only. I am a broadband user and cannot move data to mobile on the app since I use my SIM card in mi-fi device. Use case scenarios of customers who don’t have their SIM cards in phones but have it in mifi devices or routers should be considered. Most features for fixed broadband management don’t work and always generate an error. There is inadequate information about broadband packages which has led to me losing so much money when trying to subscribe. I would’ve been paying for more packages but all these issues and countless others have forced me to buy on another ISP. I would be happy to hear these issues have been fixed.
