V-Track Mobile is the iOS application component for the V-Track Fleet Management Suite powered by Velocitor Solutions. Running in both Fleet Operator and Fleet Manager Modes, V-Track Mobile users have access to real-time GPS Vehicle Location Services, Visual and Audible Turn-by-turn Directions, Route Data Integration, Stop Sequencing and Optimization, Vehicle Inspections, and Time Keeping.
Powerful, Easy-to-use Interface
V-Track Mobile’s intuitive user interface provides single-screen visibility to important statistics with one-touch access to all major features of the system.
Two Operating Modes
V-Track Mobile includes role-based security, allowing you to easily define the features available to you or to your fleet operators. Fleet operators can be limited to features and data that are most critical to them, while fleet managers can have real-time visibility into the activities of all drivers and vehicles in their fleet.
Route Data and Stop Integration
Utilizing the Route Manager included in the V-Track Fleet Management Suite, route and stop data can be imported, optimized, and assigned to drivers. Once dispatched, V-Track Mobile displays stops in sequenced order in both list and map views. Driver’s may service stops in order or rearrange the stops as needed to run the route.
Vehicle Inspections
Fleet Operators can conduct safety inspections of vehicles used to fulfill their routes on a daily basis. When used in conjunction with the V-Track Fleet Management Suite, considerable efficiencies in the maintenance and management of vehicles can be achieved.
Time Keeping
From the start of the day to the end of the day and all events in between, V-Track’s Time Keeping module automatically records all relevant time keeping events throughout the day. Drivers can easily track and manage their total time on-shift, driving time, breaks, etc.
The Arrive button when using map view doesn’t work after the latest update. Also the mapZoom goes all the way out after switching from map to list which is annoying. The previous version I didn’t like when you would touch a map point and hit arrive because it would arrive you at the next stop order number instead of the map point you touch. Also Ground Cloud lets their users edit the map dots if the position is off from the correct point, that would be great. Why making the strive depart button smaller? It was already difficult to press. And why are names large instead of addresses for navigation? Mediocre at best.
